    E- mixed tocopherols- Antioxident, benefits nerves, muscles, skin, heart, sperm,
       /tocotrienols          clotting, brain, anemia, vitamin 'A' utilization, fights age (alpha,beta,delta,gamma) related macular degeneration, alzheimer,upper respiratory
                                     infections, cataracts. Fat soluable vitamin,which may be in
                                     reduced amounts in individuals with Crohns, cystic fibrosis,
                                     or chloestatic liver disease,protects cell membrane.
                Deficiencies
                          shortened red blood cell lifespan, infertility, nerve damage, uterine
                           degeneration, prostate cancer, menstrual problems, neuromuscular
                           problems.
 
  K-  K1-phylloquinone- K1 is derived from plant sources, while K2 is derived from the
                    or           bacteria found in the gut, helps with glucose regulation and
            phytonadione- insulin release, bone building, reduces calcium in urine and
     K2- menaquinones- frees up calcium for use in bone building.
              
                Deficiencies
                            antibiotics increase the need for vitamin k, as do poor diets, liver
                            disease, aspirin use, mineral oil, cholesterol lowering drugs, crohns,
                            and ulcerative colitis.

  B complex- asparagus,blackstrap molasses,peanuts,brussel sprouts,tuna,lamb,
       royal jelly,lecithin,bananas,tomatoes,mushrooms,dairy,salmon,avocado,hops,corn.
  C- horsetail,fennel seed,mango,grapefruit,alfalfa,strawberries,persimmons,collards,
      onions,black currant,swiss chard,berries,pineapples,beet and turnip greens,peas.
  D- vegetable oil,cod liver oil,salmon,tuna,fatty saltwater fish,oatmeal,dairy,eggs.
  E- cold pressed vegetable oils,whole grains,dong quai,rose hips,soybean,wheat,
      flaxseed,dulse,kelp,bladderwrack,cornmeal,dark green leafy vegetables,seeds,nuts.
