      A- Anti-oxidant, prevents night blindness, some skin disorders. Aids
            bone and teeth formation, fat storage, lungs, kidneys, bladder,
            mucus membranes, new cell growth. Helps to protect against
            stroke, heart disease and high cholesterol.
     CAROTENOIDS- Act as precursors to vitamin'A', and some have
                                        Anti-oxidant abilities...
       Deficiencies: are poor growth, dry eye, poor protein utilization,
                              fatigue and reproductive problems.

    B-Complex-Act as coenzymes and are involved in energy production,
                           healthy gastrointestinal muscle tone, nerves, brain
                           function, hair, liver, eyes, mouth and skin, blood
                           formation, digestion, reduced arthritic inflammation,
                           relieves muscle pain, sleep enhancement and hair
                           growth. 'B' vitamins are synergistic and need to be taken
                           as the complex for best results.
     Deficiencies: increased risk of heart disease, inflammation of the
                             tongue, enlarged liver, ringing in the ear, carpal tunnel,
                             beriberi, nausea and general weakness.
                              
    C- Anti-oxidant, protects cells and body tissues. In conjunction with
          'E' it helps to neutralize toxins; it may benefit smokers by
          boosting blood circulation to the heart to nonsmoking levels.
          Water soluable vitamin, it aids infection resistance, strong bones,
